To celebrate the 2015 Lunar New Year, from now until until 5 March 2015, you can get your Lunar Lamb Buns at all four Din Tai Fung restaurants in Sydney.
In celebration of the Year of the Ram, these Lunar Lamb Buns or ‘Bao’ are offered as a steamed dessert with a filling of molten dark chocolate and taro.
The Lunar Lamb Sweet Buns cost $3.20 each or $6.00 a pair. Get them at World Square in Sydney, Central Park in Chippendale, Westfield Miranda and Westfield Chatswood. Not available at The Star, Westfield Sydney or Greenwood Plaza.
A dumpling bar will also be popping up at Din Tai Fung Sydney Tower Eye.
